Early Life
Born on 11th January 1982 in a small village Palkonda of Srikakulam district in the state of Andhrapradesh. His maternal grandfather Late. Kuppannagari Mohan Rao was a close friend to India's then prime minister Late. Indira Gandhi. His paternal grandfather Late. Kiritrao BM was a goods train guard in Indian Railways. His father is retired from Indian Railways & mother is senior practicing lawyer with Supreme & High courts of India.
On 24th June 1980, Hon'ble Fourth President Of India Shri. V. V. Giri passed away and on 11th Jan 1982 Dr. V. S. Giri was born in Palakonda village of Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh which is quite near the birth place of Shri. V.V. Giri(Behrampur, Orissa) with the same ambition and vision of making India incredible. Dr.V. S. Giri (Vidyasagar Sapta Giri) is contesting for the Fourteenth President of India elections which are going to be held before 25 July 2017, when the term of thirteenth president of India Hon'ble Shri Pranab Mukherjee ends.
Right from childhood, Dr.V.S.Giri was deeply inspired by Hon'ble Late. Dr.V.V.Giri, the fourth President of India and have strong will to serve the Govt. of India as the President of India. He was very intelligent right from very infant age and would easily answer any general knowledge question and suggest remedies for many disorders of human body. He was a meritorious student throughout his school life and his teachers were very impressed by the way he carried himself in the school days. He did his primary schooling from Model English High School, Jameshedpur/Tatanagar and high school from Guru Nanak High School, Nagpur which is a government school.
Dr.V.S.Giri is ardent follower of Art of Living and also inspired by Maheish Girri who is presently member of parliament. He is also inspired by Hon'ble Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam who was 11th president of India.
Although born in state of Andhra Pradesh in a small family, he moved across different states of India during his childhood and settled in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. He speaks fluently English, Hindi, Telugu & Marathi.
